As a Southeast Asian cook myself, I know how tough it is to make Indian and Thai dishes look stunning on a plate, but Garima, a brilliant female entrepreneur chef, does it with such flair!
We tried the Christmas Eve festive menu, and every dish was a surprise for the tastebuds. Personal favorites? The smoked carrot on sourdough, the saag bread with homemade butter, and the beetroot sorbet—absolute perfection. Another standout was a “side” made with locally sourced freshly harvested rice from a small Thai farm. Tossed simply in ghee, the rice was so flavorful I could have eaten it on its own!
10/10 – it comes at a price, but it’s worth every penny if you’re in Bangkok!
