In 2024, my conviction grew stronger. It was a transformative year—one of action for justice, fairness, and transparency. I joined thousands, online (through my #itsofficialwithjanetmbugua platform) and offline, demanding a better Kenya and a fairer world, rejecting what no longer serves us.
As we reflect, we must honor the young men who lost their lives fighting for change, and stand against the injustices women face simply for existing.
Kenya’s future depends on us.
I’m a global citizen, and I’m proud to be Kenyan – proud that we’re standing up for ourselves and others.
