Especially when you’ve been in Paris when you didn’t know you had celiac and was able to experience the amazing bread, pastry and best hot chocolate of your life. While there are many great celiac friendly bakeries that are amazing finding a vegan hot chocolate is almost impossible- well I found one at @hoyparis @mesa.paris and WOW. It really is less about the drink or the gluten free bread it’s more about getting around your limitations, reframing and finding new ways to live FREELY!
