These pictures are beautiful, yet devastating. (The 1st from yesterday, the 2nd last weekend) Somehow the trees remain and the grill I bought my husband more than a decade ago still stands. The sun continues to rise & the ocean unaffected. I am breathing… slow and deliberate breaths… I am calm. I know I’ll make new memories here in the years to come. In the meantime, I’ll cherish the old ones & hold my family & friends even closer.
Everyone in LA stay safe & don’t give up hope. Believing in a better tomorrow is giving me peace & calm. I pray for a more united city in the future, where neighbor helps neighbor. Stay positive & strong LA! 🙏🏻 🙏🏻
