@sweetfreedomfarm ‘s End of the Year Fundraising Campaign is close to my heart as a newly passionate gardener and Black woman in the Hudson Valley. This is such a special opportunity to support this incredibly important all-Black led farm nurturing the next generation through its dedication to Black Liberation.
