Julia Garner Instagram – “I’m interested in things that are a little bit scary that people are intrigued by at the same time. I want to make people feel uncomfortable,” says @juliagarnerofficial of the roles she finds herself gravitating toward. The 30-year-old actress has a lengthy résumé portraying some of the most nefarious, deviant, and criminally minded characters on our screens today. Take Ozark’s Ruth Langmore, for which she won a Golden Globe, or Inventing Anna’s Anna Delvey, the infamous fake heiress who scammed her way through elite New York society in the mid-2010s. The roles catapulted Garner into the spotlight, who is now a three-time Emmy winner and a face of @gucci, often seated in the front row at the brand’s runway shows during Milan Fashion Week. This month, she stars in the horrifying werewolf thriller Wolf Man and is sure to wow #Marvel fans in The Fantastic Four: First Steps out this summer. “With the Silver Surfer, there’s still something very mysterious about it. … It’s such an iconic character, and it felt very different for me.
