In the last few days, we have heard from friends who have lost their homes and everything inside. They’re not only displaced, but everything that they love, and that is sentimental to them, is gone. Their community, small businesses, and everything they know is devastated by the fires.
Our hearts ache for everyone we know and the thousands of people that we don’t… we just keep reading their stories and doing everything we can to help, donate, and gather supplies.
I will continue to link to organizations, verified GoFundMe accounts, and people in the community making a difference on my stories. If you know of anyone that needs help, please don’t hesitate to DM me.
We are in awe of all the firefighters, pilots, first responders, restaurants, neighbors and everyone who is helping. You are angels 🤍 Our hearts are heavy and with everyone affected. 🙏🏼
Thank you for the outpouring of messages. We are safe in Manhattan Beach (about 10 miles south) and staying inside from the smoke. We are just sad with all of you… and in disbelief. 💔
