December in the restaurant industry is always hard, but this year was brutal. I’ll never not struggle with work-life balance, but adding a book tour manuscript this year was serial killer crazy, I giving myself a solid D . I over committed, under planned and, generally, barely survived. Learning from it & taking it into the next season.
