Kristen Bell Instagram – I’m blown away by what this is becoming. We’ve essentially raised over $100k in about 45 minutes of combined crowdfunding. I’m so grateful to all of you for participating in this (there is MUCH more to come!) and so thankful to @kristenanniebell for not only listening to my idea, but adding to its effectiveness on such a large scale.
Like I say in the interview and in other posts on here, part of this is – of course – depressing. We can’t currently change the system, yet so many of us have the power to help in small ways. This is the current reality. All we can do is be the helpers.
I’ve really enjoyed messages from people appreciating the fact that in the past 24 hours, we’ve been able to be the helpers alongside Kristen. We’ve changed the course of two families’ lives so far, and there’s a lot more coming.
