Compostable bags are an experiment but bottom line…they are only FOR HOME COMPOSTING!
I have never in 30 years not see trash in the blue recycle bin and the greens compost bin and recyclables in the trash and greens bin.
It makes my head explode. 😡 🤯
How easy is it to be a good person, and how few give enough of a rats ass to google what goes where!?
I finally lost it and made a sign (and am now posting in IG).
I’m sure none of my online family would do this! And I blame the full moon for finally getting louder about this, but also, how lazy are some humans to not even put the right thing in one of 3 damn bins that is picked up right at the curb!
For f* k sake.
they’re not Harry Potter bins – this crap WE CREATED has to actually go to someone else’s back yard. It doesn’t leave earth by some magical device with the trash truck. It just gets moved to where poorer people or animals live. I’ve visited dumps. It’s disgustingly sad. My parents took me as a kid and taught me to respect earth by recycling and limiting my trash.
