Kritika Khurana Instagram – With the new year, we’re all filled with overwhelming to-do lists. If you’re struggling to find motivation like me, here’s what I’m doing. Who wants to join?🤓

1. **Starting Small**:
– Focus on building one small habit daily.
– It’s easy to get overwhelmed by starting multiple things, but my only goal this month is to just be regular at the gym, aiming for 4-5 times a week.

2. **Journal**:
– If you’re a master of your emotions and know how to self-soothe, that’s the most important skill.
– Whether it’s scribbling or writing a one-liner, I want to know myself more this year rather than feeding my brain with outside noise.

3. **Recharge**:
– Feed your brain with one good podcast or a few pages of positive information.
– Preferably do this before starting the day, as it sets the tone and makes me more aware.

4. **Feel**:
– This year, whether it’s anger, sadness, or anything else, I give myself the liberty to feel these emotions and grow from them.

5. **Try New Things**:
– I’m going to push myself to try new activities like dance, golf, or pickleball, or anything that challenges me, even if I suck at it initially.

6. **Accountability**:
– Last, but definitely not least, I’m going to document my journey. I can share here if you guys want.
