If you have followed me for a while, you will know that over last couple of years I completely rebuilt and redesigned a property in Surrey. I turned an ‘old house’ in to a sustainable, contemporary home whilst retaining charm and character. This was my 19th project and I LOVED it. In June the time came to sell, and I moved home. So since then I’ve been busy restyling and decorating my home in the UK whilst managing a big renovation overseas in Mallorca @myrenovationinthesun. My holiday home renovation overseas is a first for me and it’s very different to what I am used to! I know lots of you are interested in the process so it is all being filmed and documented 🎥🎥🎥 and I will be sharing lots of useful information on how to do it if you are thinking of doing the same!

My project overseas is quite a way off of looking pretty but my home in the UK is getting there!

One of my favourite spots in the lounge is here…. The light is gorgeous (particular in the afternoon), the arch window is beautiful and because there is a nice view over the garden I wanted two oversize armchairs in this space. I already had some cream sofas that I moved from my previous home, so I wanted two chairs in this area that would make a good contrast…
