I was never a gym person until I started going to the gym regularly…
I always found it difficult to do weight training, because I always thought it will not be helpful for me being a female.
I was introduced to Weight training by NUEX Pro. For my transformation.
The workout program made for me is very easy to do and it fits well with my work schedule..
After doing multiple workout sessions now, I feel I have better strength, my gut has improved, my mood swings has gone down, skin health is improved, body fat has gone down.
And the most important is
I feel good about myself every single day.
