Leanne Ford Instagram – It’s amazing what you think about most when you lose so much — for me, thinking of the wreckage of this fire in my own life, believe it or not, I feel like my biggest losses are my bibles with thousands of notes in them. I made it my goal to read the Bible cover to cover this year and I must have spent hundreds of hours reading and taking thousands of notes. They went everywhere with me — on every plane, in every car, to every project, to every corner of the world I visited.
We came out rather unscathed in the grand scheme of things — this was a project we had just started and we hadn’t moved in entirely. We have a beautiful home we love in Pennsylvania. We are the lucky ones. Truly. Yet somehow — among this lost project and all of the lost treasures— losing my bibles is the only thing that really stings.
So as I was sitting here without my notes, without my scribbles and without my underlines — and I thought — maybe you all can send me yours…!? So many of you have kindly asked how you can help and I don’t NEED a thing. We are good. But what I would love the most is if you would send me a picture of your favorite bible scribbles…?! Email a pic or pics for me over to [email protected]?! Now, while I am guessing I won’t be able to reply to them — please know I will read and cherish every single one.
