story time:
about 7 years back, when Cassia and I first crossed paths, i was struggling with really bad acne. and i mean really bad. most of it was hormonal and stress related but within weeks she was able to get to the root cause of what was causing my skin to react in such a way. most importantly, with every visit she ministered to my soul via her intention with every treatment. there was a holistic approach that changed my relationship with self care forever. since then, she’s the first call i make when i head home on off time.
today, i see how my skin is but another way my body speaks to me and i do my best to listen and love on it as needed.
