Energy is real. People either give you energy or drain your energy. Be careful of people that deplete you in any way.
I’ve learned to check in with myself by asking myself the following questions:
Is this what I still want?
Does this situation make me feel good?
Do I feel more joy or pain?
Does this situation soothe my soul or give me anxiety?
Do I feel God’s presence?
If something Is from God you will know it. It will give you Peace, Joy and Clarity. If it feels confusing, stressful and steals your Peace. Release It.
Keep watering and nurturing your spirit.. You are growing. Trust the process.
