Here, I am asking it to cleanse me of hatred, envy, jealousy, and the resentments I have held towards people, groups, and circumstances not in my control. I am asking it to cleanse my cells of the fear and trauma of the summers health crisis. I am asking it to take from my body, mind, and spirit anything that would prevent me from aligning with the highest version of myself and path. 💦💦
