If you know me, you know I love a contemporary / lyrical heels piece with all of my heart 🥹 I grew up training in all styles of dance since I was 2 1/2 and competed for my entire life and want nothing more than to share my love and knowledge for this art. Lyrical – expressing, feeling, telling a story.. these are things that I continue to carry with me in my choreography journey now.

I have been asked so many times when I’m going to teach this class.. & I am so excited to finally have a date for you my angels !! We will be dancing with NO HEELS. This class is all about feeling grounded and expressing.
