The more times we dipped the easier it became and the longer we could stay in the cold with smiles on our faces 🤪 alternating between the cold & the hot pools. You immediately feel such a “wow” boost of energy and positivity, while improving circulation, supporting the immune system and hopefully tightening the skin 😁.
