Molly Sims Instagram – Almost 3 weeks ago our lives were turned up side down. To make matters worse, Stuber had gotten on a plane that morning to fly to NYC – neither of us realizing what was to come. Navigating those first panicked hours of what has become one of our nations worst natural disasters in history was made exceptionally harder by being alone with my husband on the other side of the country.
Getting the kids from school, running home to pack up things in a hurry and figuring out where we were going to go made me miss my partner in a way I can never put into words. When he got back home to us I felt a weight lift. Someone was there to steer the ship with me. Our vows are “for better or for worse” and I can’t imagine any worse situation than we have found ourselves in – and boy did my husband step up to the plate. Embody those vows. And while we know we are some of the fortunate few to still have a home go back to, our lives are in upheaval, we live with so much uncertainty but as a team we are figuring it out.
And while I may be having a mild panic attack since he left us for the first time to coach rec basketball for our Pali kids (THANK YOU Jasmine for finding us gyms to keep these sweet kids together ❤️ I know we will be reunited tomorrow. #PaliStrong #dadstrong | Posted on 26/Jan/2025 07:55:12
