Nikki DeLoach Instagram – YOU GUYSSS!
Thank you all for making “Our Holiday Story” the #10 most watched holiday movie on cable television in 2024 and the #4 highest rated on @hallmarkchannel’s “Countdown to Christmas.” I am blown away by your continued love and support.
Making it on a list with some of my holiday favorites has left me in awe. I mean, ELF, Home Alone, Christmas Vacation. Are you kidding me?! Because of you, Hallmark had five movies in the top 15 this year alone!
One of my favorite moments of making “Our Holiday Story” is shown in this video is of sweet Louisa. Her dream was to be in a movie before her 90th birthday and her daughter was able to bring her to set so they could both fulfill a wish, a promise. Her daughters husband passed away two years ago. They watched Hallmark movies together every night, so being on the set of “Our Holiday Story,” was a way to honor him and their love. Louisa and her daughter touched my heart so deeply, and it was a real gift to meet them.
I love making these movies, and I’m forever grateful for each and every one of you. I carry your stories and your love inside my heart. Always. My gratitude to everyone who tuned in to “Our Holiday Story” is immense.
A huge congrats to all who made “Our Holiday Story” possible, especially our writer (@joiebotkin), director (@jasonbourque1), producers (@hopeful1821 @angela.mancuso.75 @lyons.mikej) and our wonderful and talented cast.
And to everyone at Hallmark who works tirelessly all year to bring 40 original holiday movies to life, you are incredible. You continue to outdo yourselves with many, MANY hours and heart put into each film. You are the real stars. Well, you and Louisa ❤️.
