And then there’s the two of us 💕 My dear daughter Fatima, I know it’s been a challenging couple of months for the two of us. But I want you to know that mommy is beyond grateful and proud of the HERO sent to me by Allah SWT, in you. You’ve witnessed parts of me that I never wished you’d see and you’ve shown so much strength and independence in you that continues to surprise me. Your comforting words that goes by “you’ll feel better mommy” has consistently helped me through everything this year and I thank Allah everyday for the gift of us having each other. If ever you’ll be reading this someday.. please know that I meant everything I said, and that every mother in this world would only want THE BEST for her child. Your happiness and well-being are as important as mine. Thank you for allowing me to raise you the best way I can in a state of my peace, happiness and when my heart is no longer broken into pieces. I may not be able to fully explain everything now, but I know someday.. you will understand. Here’s to us baby..
