Pamela Reif Instagram – accepting what is, letting go of what was & breathing in what the future has to offer <3 have you ever noticed that lots of us tend to think so much of the past? For example “I used to be so happy when…” or “I wonder what would have happened if…” – but what if we totally shift our mindset and imagine what we deserve in the future, what is the life you want to be living, what is maybe waiting just around the corner (if we look with open eyes) & also: what brings us happiness right here right now? 🙂 and if you’re unsure about something – ask yourself if you should really blame your past-self? Or can you just make it better now with your new knowledge? Or is the doubt a sign that it isn’t fulfilling you on enough levels?
