I consider myself incredibly lucky that, at the very start of my career, I had the chance to base some of the most foundational principles of the craft and its ethics on what I observed and learned from one of the greatest actors cinema has ever seen. While I may not have attended a formal film or acting school, I absorbed @naseeruddin49 ’s performances and interviews incessantly to learn as much as I could.
Eighteen years later, I had the incredible opportunity to sit on stage with him and discuss that very craft and art!
To see @joinprakashraj in the audience, with my father sitting right next to him, beaming with pride—this wasn’t even on my 2025 bingo card, but what a feeling!
