ROASTED SALTED PISTACHIOS
1 cup water
1 Tbs salt
500g raw unshelled pistachios
Preheat oven to 150*C FF. Dissolve the salt & water in a bowl. Add the pistachios, give them a a good bath in the saline, scoop them out with a little sieve and shake well before transferring to a heatproof baking dish or baking tray lined with baking paper.
