2024 was the year I truly got to see how far I’ve come and what the future holds for me. If you’ve been following my career you know I came up with the name Junglepussy bc of my love for animal prints. I also just thought it was punk af!!! There was no urgency within me to ever change it. I had no fear of rejection bc I didnt care who had a problem with it😏 When Jp came to me I was just going to school, partying my ass off, working retail, selling hair, paintings, making things, making music & visuals with friends for fun – also sharing some of my real life stories online🤓 Over a decade later I’m thrilled to still be making music, acting, exploring my gifts, making my art, learning new things and meeting lovely people …bc I keep doing the work and trusting the process.. as cliche as it sounds! I’m happy to still feel the courageous young lady within me who created Junglepussy so freely. Cuz I could’ve lost her in the changing of the tides♥️ I could have let everyone else define Junglepussy for me so I could feed the machine. Instead, I chose to nurture the parts of me that are non negotiable and be true to that. I am not anyones commodity. And because of that, today, my heart feels more full, my laugh is robust, & my faith is unwavering! At times I get so emo seeing how much I’ve grown bc I walked this walk saying no to a lot.. at risk of losing a lot – yet and still I’m being blessed with everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more. In my own lane. I’m forever grateful for all of you who connect with my artistry, my music, and my messages. Thank you for seeing me and saying my name out loud. I love yall💘💫Junglepussy forevaaa!
