Stella Lee Instagram – There are so many great restaurants to recommend in Tokyo besides sushi and yakiniku, so here I am sharing with you another luxurious Japanese fish called NODOGURO のどぐろ that’s often called The White Tuna or The White Wagyu 🍣
Nodoguro is a prized delicacy that’s hard to find outside of Japan. Its tender meat melts in your mouth, offering a perfect balance of umami and sweetness. This seasonal fish is usually charcoal-grilled or served as sushi, allowing its natural oils to shine but at this restaurant, you can eat it in many other ways such as shabu shabu or cooked with rice 🍚
