4. Boundaries are not only important but also essential for maintaining healthy relationships, self-respect, and emotional well-being. Don’t feel bad/guilty about establishig them. Bruce taught me that.
5. History is made by those who learn to say no.
6. I am so loved and I deserve this love.
7. Kindles are game changers.
8. Confidence is and always has been, a great colour on me.
9. You can’t rush making frosting. Good frosting takes time and patience.
10. All feelings are valid. All behaviours aren’t.
