Whitney Port Instagram – 2024 was a healing year for me when it came to food. Learning how to intuitively eat with @elyseresch and nourish my body with whatever it wants was something I tackled head on. I learned to drop any pressures and lean into the fun of it. We had soooo many yummy bites this year. I’m hungry just looking at these.
