Built in the early 1800s, this quaint structure once served as a vital hub for preserving perishables. Its thick stone walls and underground design kept the interior naturally cool, even during the hottest summers.
I desperately needed to restore this little building with leaking roof and wanted to create a charming place to preserve the home grown hydrangeas, lavender and the oils i made each season. It’s really magical……
