Big shoutout to @sandwavesadventure for giving us the most EPIC tour! If you’re ever in Namibia, just book with them—no second thoughts. They’re truly the best at what they do! They took us to the best spots (we had em all to ourselves), prepared a delicious meal & also shared their knowledge with us!
This is a place where the world’s oldest desert, the Namib Desert collides with the Atlantic Ocean! Can you believe this desert is almost 80 MILLION years old?
📍Welcome to Sandwich Harbour! Racing through the desert, sliding down dunes, and then straight to the ocean—OOF, what an experience! 🌊 The craziest part? Some of these dunes are over 300 METERS TALL (taller than the Eiffel Tower!) and they literally move with the wind. Nature is truly insane hehe.😉
