Ever since my first solo trip to Udaipur, I’ve wanted to travel the world and experience new cultures. 17 year old Aakanksha would be so proud of where I am today.
Following my dream of travelling the world as a woman was never easy. I had to gather the courage to convince my parents, move out and take that leap. I had to leave my stable, well paying job to travel the world – which is a beautiful yet risky adventure. But today I can say that it was worth the risk!
Following your dream is never easy – it tests your limits as a person. It will make you experience the extremities – both good and bad ones. But that’s what makes the journey enjoyable and makes our hearts dance with happiness and fulfillment ♥️
The world would have been a different place if we all followed our true dreams. Some of us genuinely don’t get the chance to do so and some of us forget our own potential.
It’s definitely hard to follow you dreams but it’s worth it. The entire process of writing your own story will make you feel alive!
