Trump and Melania did not show-up to Biden’s swearing-in. Hell, they never accepted Biden won. They didn’t invite the Biden’s to the White House, as happens traditionally. Jill invited Melania to the White House after 2024 Election, and Melania didn’t show-up. Trump didn’t show-up to Rosalynn Carter funeral. So anybody taking issue with Michelle, please spare us the hypocrisy.
If Michelle doesn’t want to be part of normalizing Trump, good for her. Nothing requires any of us to be part of any of this. If you want to watch, by all means do. It’s an important ceremony.
