One of my fave life hacks is #DOPAMINE DRESSING 🌈 when I’m feeling a bit “blue”… I reluctantly drag myself out of my thermals, put on a ridiculous outfit (even if it’s heading to the corner shop or going for a walk with the girls) – the brief is LOUD AND PROUD. Fake it til you make it!
