Anna Passey Instagram – We will miss Di often and continually, in all the moments when you remember, and just think ‘Oh Nana’.
We are a big and crazy family at Hollyoaks and Di was always at the heart of it.
I feel incredibly sad at the loss, but overwhelmingly lucky to have known her.
