Antoinette Lattouf Instagram – Imagine it’s 2025, and an Australian newspaper publishes an article describing a population under occupation in an apartheid state as “gorillas.” Now imagine it follows this by branding an entire race as “black-hearted.”
Then consider that this same newspaper has spent months posturing about its commitment to “social cohesion” and denouncing racism against a marginalised community.
This is staggering and shameful, even for The Australian.
Brazen bigotry has been resuscitated.
