Ashley Leechin Instagram – This was one of the worst experiences thus far. The ultrasound tech sat me in the waiting room & she said the doc would go over results before I left. I sat down & it was only minutes of reviewing the ultrasound & she declared it benign…no need for a biopsy. It is not the lump that my doctor felt, it was a different one that is 3 cm & it is called a fibroadenoma. They said to come back in 6 months. The other one was too small to pick up on a scan.
So incredibly thankful to hear that it is a benign tumor. Never had any issues up until the last few months & so much has changed. Things still feel very off and I know my body well.
What an experience it was with that tech though…to lack compassion & empathy because something was shifted on your schedule? I am sorry but it was not my fault that the scheduler did not place my appointment…that is on them. 😭
I hope I never have to go back there again.
