This picture just captures it perfectly. This precious pony Daniella belongs to my beautiful friend @valerievernon1 and she literally hugged me and followed me around like a dog. I was in heaven. I need more of this in my life. It’s good for my soul💗 Wellness is not just about eating well and working out,we must feed our soul and take moments for that. It’s really hard to slow down in a world that’s moving a hundred miles a minute isn’t it? I am in a huge transition in my life as I approach 50 next month. I have one kid in college and another following right behind her…I feel myself asking myself what’s next? I’ve been feeling a little lost and dazed in it all.
