Clare Grant Instagram – It’s my person’s birthday. He is now more than a half a century old. It also means that 18 years ago this week, I went to his house for the first time and basically never left. I had already been there for three days when his phone began buzzing and ringing for hours. He answered every call and responded to every text with the biggest smile on his face. I had no idea it was his birthday and was thinking this guy was rude to be on his phone so much while we were hanging out. I made some stupid joke about it and he was like- sorry, it’s my birthday. Of course I had to leave and go craft a birthday gift right away. 18 birthdays later and you are still the most fun person I know, and the best adventure partner a gal to ever dream to have.
