Claudia Sandoval Instagram – Day one of the Bocuse D’or Global Finals, kicked off with the first 12 countries! The @bocusedor , often called the “Olympics of Gastronomy,” is the world’s most prestigious culinary competition. Founded in 1987 by chef Paul Bocuse @paulbocuse_officiel , it features 24 teams of world-class chefs representing their countries in an unprecedented gastronomic showcase. Participants have 5 hours and 30 minutes to prepare elaborate dishes that are judged by an international panel of Chefs.
