I can cry til I’m hoarse and laugh til I cry, I can be anxious and dig deep to find my zen and meditate or nap to reset and in all of that, I am full present and alive. You see me onstage or on a red carpet and little do you know the tizzy I was in moments before full of social anxiety and kicking my own arse to get out the door. I often find myself in a state of grief and kick and scream and vent even in the context of my high class problems.
