There have been many seasons on this journey of motherhood and a constant is growth and change. I’m embracing every phase of it and going at my own pace.
My daughter is almost a year old and I now feel like I’m getting my strength back. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I will share parts of my story with you because in sharing, there is healing.
Right now I’m climbing my own mountains, facing my own personal challenges and taking it one level at a time. Not for others, but so I can be proud of my progress and celebrate the small wins.
