Heather Headley Instagram – To say that I ABSOLUTELY HATE this process would be an understatement! But every year, in October, with my birthday as a marker, I anxiously don my unflattering #pink gown, I head over to this room, stand up to this machine, and get this done.

To my amazing, beautiful, intelligent, resilient, strong, A through Z cupped, filled, and blessed lady friends out there…
the ones I know, and the ones I am yet to meet…
Self care isn’t just about facials and massages and quiet evenings in your bathrobe…it’s also this: taking care of your body and being knowledgeable about your health.
So…Grab your pink gown, walk bravely into the room, stand up to that machine, and Get checked!
