Heather Headley Instagram – Our gym is doing a challenge today…
110 floor stair climb in 30 minutes on the #stairmaster in honor of the #firefighters who did the same 23 years ago today.
So, I did it, but of course with
No gear.
No heavy equipment.
Air free of smoke.
Water bottle close by.
Music and a movie for motivation.
No urgency of terror threat or people dying and needing me.
No concern for the unknown.
And yet…
There was nothing easy about that!!
Much more the #brave people who climbed to save others that day. Many losing their own lives.
For the souls lost. The brave. The innocents. The families who still mourn and remember them….
#neverforget.
