BTW do you know in my previous reel about Mr.Dutts journey the Elderly Gentleman sitting next to Mr. Dutt on a wheelchair is the FATHER OF ONCOLOGY in INDIA Dr. Suresh Advani. You can see how he’s smiling and agreeing with Mr Dutt, ( not reprimanding him ). And this is exactly what he Told me in the several sessions I had with him during my consultations (attaching a memory with him). He asked me to Shoot and do everything if my body allows in chemotherapy, asked me to Walk atleast 5kms and exercise everyday or go about my business as much as I can, striking normalcy within the limits of my body. He described how many of his patients Take Chemo and travel via local trains to go back to their homes and they never leave working. That’s my inspiration! Those are my heroes and I take inspiration from their Spirit of not giving up. If they can do it with whatever they’ve got, SO CAN I ! The Bad Days, the heartbreaking painful days, the gloomy dreadful days, the sleepless nights, the teary swollen eyes , the scars on my body and change in myself both internal and external during this phase of chemo and post it are all the fuel to ignite the Fire of Becoming Better, Being Lively, Being like myself just like before. It’s my belief that 90% of the Cancer journey is mental and only 10% is Physical, it’s about finding the Balance! As they say , I BELIEVE THEREFORE I CAN ! And perhaps so could you if you try 🙏🏻 “मन के हारे हार है, मन के जीते जीत। कहे कबीर हरि पाइए मन ही की परतीत”MIND OVER MATTER Alhamdullilah 🤲🧿

#Repost @hinasupremacy • • • Wow, Fourth stage cancer survivor 🙏🏻 Six hours he was hung upside down right after his chemotherapy (that’s Dr @sewantilimaye voice) 👏 What a Man, What Power and What Determination. This is the first time I am seeing this clip, what a courageous man, what an inspiration 🙏🏻 I absolutely agree and practice it myself too. This is what I believe in, this is exactly how I chose to Live My Life during my Chemotherapy. I resonate with every Word he’s saying. It’s never easy to push yourself when the entire world seems to be pulling you the other side. But I chose this just like him , unknowingly yet I did. I always say that this is my personal journey, this is How I chose to deal with it, this is my body’s capacity, this is my individual story, To be determined that I will Not Stop Living even when things are hard, I will listen to my doctors and I will make things better no matter what. But I also respect those who Didn’t do what I am doing, those who Couldn’t Do what Mr. Dutt or I and many others have Done. I bow in respect for those Who Tried to Do what we did and perhaps much more and yet their Body’s didn’t allow it. They are all fighters, every person, every body, everyone’s cancer journey is different. There are several Unsung Heroes of Everyday Life who go through it while earning lively hoods for their families, there are Doctors ( I know ) who have it and yet serve others to cure them with all their might. There are people like ‘Rebecca Sperrys’ and her Inspiring Hiking Journey during her Chemo. Warrior Prachi Kulkarni’s journey. ‘Fabiola Enriques’ who ran Marathons during her Chemo. Like ‘Anthony Daniels’s courageous Boxing Journey during his Chemotherapy. But again each of us are different, infact two patients with same cancer might receive a different mix of Chemo and adjuvants. Sometimes two people taking the same chemo drugs may have entirely different experiences. For some it can be like a ‘Walk in a Park’ and for some there experiences would be excruciatingly difficult.. There is no ‘ONE SIZE FITS ALL’ in chemotherapy and its individual experiences. Video courtesy @ieentertainment
