1975 Ford Ranger. It’s been in the family since 1975 and was handed down to me 6 years ago. Never been named but I think I finally named it. What do you think a good name is? Just in case something strikes me. 🙂

Merry Christmas!!! I hope you all had a beautiful day with loved ones. I spent the day with my dad and brothers and managed to not take a single picture. But I’m so thankful for the time spent together. For any of you not able to be with family, I’m sending Christmas cheer your way. I hope you all had a day full of peace and joy. ❤️🎄
A little night jog trying to catch the luminárias the day after Christmas. Definitely missed the big show of the luminárias but many Christmas lights were still out. 🎄❤️ I definitely didn’t get as many miles in as I wanted so I’ll be back in the foothills tomorrow 😉

L-sit chin ups- 5 reps with a 2 second pause up top. I filmed my last two sets and they aren’t pretty. I’m working on getting to a full lock at the bottom on all 5 reps. But this is where I’m at (for now). Here’s to Friday. Let’s Go! @teamturningpoint always keeping it tough.

Wow. What a fight. If I knew I would be behind the mic last night I would have given you something better than jeans and a tee.😉 This fight was absolutely brutal. Cody and Dylan put it all on the line. Heart and determination from both. Between cuts and knockdowns I lost count. Not one person ringside was safe from blood splatter last night. It’s not often to get to witness someone truly dig deep like that. Congratulations @codyeastmma on the victory. True strength and grit. And an honor to get to talk with the legend @officialcainvelasquez after the fights as well. I love all forms of martial arts and fighting sports!!!
