Jeannie Mai Instagram – The recent wildfires in Los Angeles have wrought unprecedented devastation, leaving a profound impact on our community. The Pacific Palisades fire has become the most destructive in the city’s history. Los Angeles has been my home for 25 years, I’ve never witnessed anything like this.
Tragically, at least five lives have been lost, and numerous others have sustained injuries. The fires have destroyed over 1,000 structures, including my favorite family picnic spot, the historic Will Rogers’ ranch house and the iconic Reel Inn fish market. 
In these challenging times, our community’s resilience and unity are more important than ever. Let us stand together to support those affected, honor the memories of what we’ve lost, and work collectively towards recovery and rebuilding.
