Here are just a few of My suggestions on how to incorporate yummy bone broth in your diet are as followed.

1- instead of using water use bone broth to boil your rice
2- instead of adding water or any type of seed oil to ground meat, add bone broth.
3- bone broth to boil vegetables instead of water.
4- adding thyme, oregano and other fresh herbs to the broth and just sip throughout the day.
These are just a few ways to add a little bit extra protein in your diet, as well as healthy nutrients to help build up your gut Microbiome .
