Iced Coffee Protein Smoothie
(For 1 serving)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave
1/2 cup cold coffee (or use coffee ice cubes!)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 heaping tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
1 small frozen banana, cut in half
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
ice cubes
Whipped cream, optional, to top
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender except the whipped cream.
2. Blend until smooth, portion into a glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream if you’d like!
