Well that’s it, I’m off on maternity leave! Pregnancy has gone by SO fast and SO slowly all at once! This past week my body has reallllly been telling me to stop, so it’s time 😂. Despite that I’m not very good at being off work, I don’t think any freelancers or presenters are!, and it’s weird cos my job isn’t one I feel I need a break from, I always look forward to going into work and always leave on a high, it’s the best ‘job’ in the world. It’s gonna feel really weird being away but Radio 1 have been so supportive and I know these next few months are gonna be so special, just home with my husband and baby and family just being. Will miss the whole r1 team and the brilliant listeners and especially my partners in crime @vicknhope and @jamielaing who have been so brilliant this last 9 months, ever since I had to tell Vick on the plane to R1 in Ibiza that I would be spending the weekend vomiting and sleeping and not clubbing and drinking 😂 (wow that feels like a long time ago) See you after the summer everyoneeeeeee. Argh it’s pretty real now!
